Yin Yoga Classes On Demand

As a supplement to yang classes (Vinyasa), Yin yoga is an absolute must for anyone who experiences stress in their life. Beginner friendly, you will be guided by our wonderful teachers, you will explore and work into your connective tissue such as fascia, ligaments tendons and bones by settling into poses and holding them for 3+ minutes.  With an inquiring look into muscle meridian theory (TCM) and chakras, Yin will keep you close to the earth and will leave you feeling open and more flexible, with an emphasis of nurturing you mentally and emotionally .

This is a soothing and calming class and we use lots of props to help us hold and go deeper into the pose.

In your home practice, please have a bolster (if you have one), otherwise a couple of pillows of different shapes and sizes and a blanket will help you melt into these poses.
