Unlimited Yoga Memberships
Our Unlimited Yoga Memberships give you unlimited practices at all of the This Is Yoga studios across Clovelly and Randwick, as well as access to our On Demand library of classes, recorded classes. You also receive our exclusive member benefits as outlined on the website ‘studio membership’ page.
Unlimited Yoga Memberships are a no lock in contract, however, debits will continue automatically until cancelled via email.
Cancellation policy: all cancellation requests require 14-days notice. All requests are required in writing, via email, at info@thisisyoga.com.au
Please note that cancellations are not confirmed until you receive a reply confirmation email from management.
Your account will remain active until the 14-day notice period has been served.
Please note; we do not allow memberships to be terminated whilst on suspension.
Suspensions due to travel, injury, or illness.
Suspensions are made in 2week minimum blocks.
Complimentary suspension is allowed up to a maximum of 56 days (8 weeks) per year.
All requests for suspensions to be given with 7 days notice in writing via email at info@thisisyoga.com.au
Please note that suspensions are not confirmed until you receive a reply confirmation email from management.

2. Lite Yoga Memberships
Our Direct Debit Lite Yoga Membership gives you limited access of 2 classes per week at This Is Yoga studios across Clovelly and Randwick, as well as access to our On Demand library of recorded classes. You also receive our exclusive member benefits as outlined on the website ‘studio membership’ page. Please note: the 2 weekly classes cannot be transferred to another week if you don’t use them.
The Lite Yoga Membership direct debit membership is an 8 week minimum commitment, or 4 fortnightly payments. After the minimum commitment period debits will continue automatically until cancelled via email.

6 MONTH AND 12 MONTH UP-FRONT MEMBERSHIPS:

6 Month and 12 Month Up-front memberships give you unlimited practices at all of the This Is Yoga studios across Clovelly and Randwick, as well as access to our On Demand library of classes, recorded classes. You also receive our exclusive member benefits as outlined on the website ‘studio membership’ page.
Memberships are active on your first visit after purchase, and assigned to your account for the given time frame.
Suspensions due to travel,injury, or illness are made in 1week minimum blocks.
Complimentary suspension up to a maximum of 56 days (8 weeks) per year. Please note: for a suspension of up-front memberships you receive an extension of the membership dates for the purchased period.
All requests for suspensions to be given with 7 days notice in writing via email at info@thisisyoga.com.au.

28 DAY INTRO PASS:
This 28 Day Unlimited introductory pass gives you unlimited practices at all This Is Yoga studios including Clovelly and Randwick and our on demand classes for 28 days
The pass activates on the date of your first class.
This product cannot be purchased twice, it is an introductory offer for new students only.
Once the pass expires you can purchase any other class passes or sign up to a membership.
This Is Yoga does not allow transfers to another person, refunds, or pass extensions on Introductory Pass offes.
28 DAY INTRO PASS – 2 FOR $120:
This entitles you and another new student a 28 day unlimited pass each, which gives you unlimited practices at all This Is Yoga studios including Clovelly and Randwick and our on demand classes for 28 days
The 2 of you can practice separately anytime at either studio (you don’t need to be together for a class).
When purchased, the pass will automatically be usable for the purchaser.
To assign the second pass to a friend, follow these steps:
Get them to create a profile on our website via https://www.thisisyoga.com.au/register .
Email us with name and contact details for you and your friend via info@thisisyoga.com.au
The pass activates on the date of your first class and is valid for 28 days.

CLASS PASS PACKS:

This one month unlimited pass gives you give you unlimited practices at all This Is Yoga studios including Clovelly and Randwick for one month.
The pass activates on purchase, so make sure you jump into the studio as quickly as possible.
Once the pass expires you can purchase any other class passes or sign up to a membership.
This Is Yoga does not allow transfers to another person, refunds, or pass extensions on 1 Month Unlimited Pass.
10 CLASS PACK:
The 10 Class Pack expires 6 months after first use.
The pack can be used to drop into a regular class at all This Is Yoga studios including Clovelly and Randwick.
This Is Yoga does not allow transfers to another person, refunds, or pass extensions on 10 class packs.
CONCESSIONS:
CONCESSION PRICING:
Concession pricing is available for students, unemployed, pensioners, emergency services, health care workers, school/university teachers and military personnel.
General concessions are provided across This Is Yoga passes including Drop Ins, 10 Class Pass, Unlimited Direct Debit Membership, and Upfront Memberships.
Appropriate ID must be shown in order to qualify for concession pricing. It is best to apply for our concession rates by sending your concession photo id via email to info@thisisyoga.com.au.
Yoga Teacher Concessions: $24 for a drop-in class. We welcome all yoga instructors – to qualify for this discount, please show a recent pay slip or Yoga Australia membership or email info@thisisyoga.com.au and make sure you have updated payment details in your profile so you can purchase a pass online.
Corporate Concessions: Receive a discount if three or more people from your business have a membership with This Is Yoga. Email info@thisisyoga.com.au to enquire.
Minor Concessions: All children under the age of 16 can only practice with an accompanying adult. All students under the age of 18 must have parental consent to practice.
CHILDREN UNDER 18YEARS OF AGE:
If under the age of 18 a parent or legal guardian must agree to the liability waiver on behalf of the minor intending to practice at TIY. The undersigned parent and natural guardian or legal guardian does hereby represent that he/she is, in fact, acting in such capacity and agrees to save and hold harmless and indemnify each and all of the parties referred to above from all liability, loss, cost, claim or damage whatsoever which may be imposed upon said parties because of any defect in or lack of such capacity to so act and release said parties on behalf of the minor and the parents or legal guardian.
All minors must be the age of 13 to practice in the studio and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

BOOKINGS AND STUDIO ETIQUETTE
IN-STUDIO CLASS BOOKINGS:
Class bookings are permitted 7 days in advance, up to 15 minutes prior to the start of the class.
Please prebook classes online so teachers know who is in attendance.
You must have a valid pass to book in online or in studio.
You may cancel your booking anytime up to 2 hours prior to the start of class. Any cancellation made after that time or any no-show will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee.
No late entry allowed into classes. Class starts on time as scheduled, so please arrive at least 5mins prior to sign in and get settled.
This Is Yoga reserves the right to refuse entry if student is deemed being unsafe or inappropriate to our teachers or any member of the community.
WORKSHOPS and EVENTS:
Workshop passes are specific to a one off workshop or event and expire after the event date.
Passes can be transferable to another participant when approved with studio managers via info@thisisyoga.com.au (unless otherwise outlined for the event).
No refund available within 48hrs-72hrs of the workshop start time or for a no-show on the day. Refund windows depend on the specific event requirements and will be outlined on the event page.

ONLINE CLASSES AND PRODUCTS
ON DEMAND MEMBERSHIP:
This membership gives you unlimited practices to the This Is Yoga On Demand library of classes.
There is a minimum 2 week commitment period.
This membership is priced at $10/week, billed fortnightly.
Your contract will simply continue to roll on after the 2 week commitment period until you’d like it to stop.
To end this contract please be aware that there is a minimum 14 day notice period which will include a final payment being withdrawn from your account after your cancellation is received.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing to info@thisisyoga.com.au
Your account will remain active for the entire fortnight after your final payment.
No suspensions available for online memberships.
