What was your inspiration for becoming a yoga teacher?

I am passionate about health and wellness and felt that teaching yoga was a great way to share my enthusiasm. Having had a portion of my spine fused due to scoliosis, I turned to yoga as a means to heal my body. Along the way, I discovered its profound positive effects on mental wellbeing, which inspired me to offer this experience to others. I believe my personal journey gives me a unique perspective on the human body's capabilities in yoga poses, and I draw from my own experiences to inspire my classes.

Your favourite yoga pose if you have one?

Sugarcane and Triangle.

What do you enjoy most about teaching?

Sharing my joy of yoga with others and having the opportunity to inspire and motivate students to commit to health and wellness. Teaching is a way for me to fulfill my passion for helping people. I genuinely love enabling others to experience yoga. I enjoy teaching classes that are creative, dynamic, and emphasize alignment, while also providing opportunities for students to explore their internal landscapes.
