Availability: 7 days a week .

Half-Day Hire Best for: 3-4 hour workshops, masterclasses, or team meetings.

Availability: Morning or Afternoon blocks.

Important Information

To ensure our space remains a sanctuary, we have a few simple rules

Approvals: We are protective of our community vibe. All bookings are subject to approval to ensure alignment .
Insurance: External facilitators running movement-based workshops or retreats must be covered by their own Professional & Public Liability Insurance.
Booking: You can book directly for half or full days to secure your dates.
