This Is Yoga combines modern technology with the ancient discipline of yoga to bring you Sydney’s best hot yoga studio. Our infrared panel heating offers waves of energy that penetrate deep into your body, detoxifying your body at a cellular level while also burning fat, de-stressing, improving your flexibility and strength. 

Offering more than just hot yoga classes, you’ll also find yoga classes for beginners, yoga for pregnancy, yoga for core strength, yin yoga class as well as traditional vinyasa flow classes.

TIY Clovelly has beautiful light wooden floorboards, infrared panel heaters and an abundance of natural light to make your yoga class as dreamy as can be. Step out of your mind and onto your mat with one of our incredible and experienced teachers.

With our TIY membership you are also able to attend our yoga studio in Randwick, as well as our online yoga classes via our On Demand platform. This gives you over 200 recorded classes to choose from!

Our Services

    • Toilets & a shower (toilets can double as changerooms)

    • 2 hour Unlimited Parking on the surrounding streets

    • Arrival: Please arrive 5-15 minutes early to settle in, as classes start on time. 

    • Running Late? Late entry into class disturbs both the teacher and your fellow students, and can put you at risk of injury. Latecomers will not be admitted after the first 5 minutes. If you are running up to 5 minutes late, please call the studio before class as the doors may be closed.  

    • Feeling Unwell? If you're not feeling well, please take care of yourself and rest at home.
