An hour of stillness for the nervous system
Sound has the power to calm the nervous system, soften the body, and quiet the mind.
In this hour-long sound journey, Linde uses 21 singing bowls, a gong, monochord, rainsticks, chimes, and voice to guide you into a deeply restorative state. As the vibrations slow the body, the mind settles into the slower brainwaves associated with meditation — leaving you more grounded and present than when you arrived.
Sound is more than something you hear. It's something you feel.
What to expect
You'll lie down on your mat, close your eyes, and let the sound do the work. There's nothing to learn, nothing to perform. Just rest, breath, and the resonance of instruments played live around you.
Bring a blanket if you tend to feel cold in stillness. Everything else is taken care of.
