About the Teacher:
Shane Brennan is a qualified meditation teacher, studying under Walter Bellin (trained by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi of Transcendental Meditation).
After experiencing a debilitating autoimmune disease (Ankylosing Spondylitis), Shane used meditation to change his relationship with his mind, nervous system and immune system — now living symptom and medication free.
He has taught thousands of people and partnered with organisations including Google, Salesforce and City of Sydney. Shane remains fascinated by the mind and keeps up with emerging research on how ancient practices enhance modern life.
