Join Beth for this 2-hour masterclass and embark on a transformative and soothing journey combining Yin Yoga + Myofascial Release (MFR). MFR benefits include hydrating the tissues, breaking up micro-adhesions, increasing flexibility and speeding recovery (if needed) and, when combined with Yin, supports a deeper softening and physical release. 

  • Preceding each Yin pose, we'll target a trigger point, acu-pressure point or entire fascial train and open these dense tissue areas using slow, mindful MFR techniques and MFR balls.

  • During each Yin pose, you'll enjoy a deeper sense of connection to your body and experience a new level of letting go and full body bliss.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to:

  • Reduce everyday tension and tightness and take-home tools for a daily MFR practice

  • Function better physically, reduce stress, and improve posture

  • Release superficial tension and tightness in the tissues to enhance physical performance

  • Enrich their yin practice with specific MFR and acu-pressure points

  • Deepen their relationship with their yin-self and be fully nourished emotionally, mentally and physically 

What to bring:

  • You'll need a set of 2 MFR balls in a bag (or tube sock). If you do not own a pair, you can purchase a set of MFR balls on the day from Beth. Please bring $25 cash.

  • A tube sock

  • Water bottle

  • Yoga Mat
