Classes

VINYASA FLOW -

 Your 'go-to' daily dose of power inspired flow. This is the class to take when you want move, flow and sweat, be challenged physically and mentally and see a dramatic change in your body and mind. Using far infrared heaters set at a balmy 30 degrees, we are turning the heat up on your practice in all ways as we dynamically flow you through an intelligently sequenced class for 60 or 75 min.

You can expect to detoxify the body and increase muscle tone and flexibility, whilst having an experience of concentrating the mind cultivating self-awareness and stepping away from your every day stresses, feeling lighter and clearer. Peppered with philosophy from the classics to the modern, this is our open class.

VINYASA BASIX -

For our newer friends and regulars wanting to go back to the basix of alignment – what goes where and why ?

A slower and cooler pace but no less of a challenge and a great first base to jump into a regular practice from. You will be taught the foundations of a vinyasa flow power practice including physical alignment, core stability, breath work and how to bring your mind body breath into present moment awareness.

A strong practice none the less , we recommend this if this is your "first time!".

All Levels welcome.


YIN YOGA -

The missing side of the yoga coin! As a supplement to yang classes (vinyasa) we explore and work into our connective tissue and bones and joints.  With an inquiring look into muscle meridian theory and chakras, we get the opportunity to experience a well rounded yoga practice, balanced physically mentally and emotionally .

This is a cool class, soothing and calming, with no heat and the use of props to go deeper into the pose.
